Very hard to find maker marked and 1915 dated e tool handle (these marks are almost always worn away). This example is marked mid shaft and looks like T H&W over 1915. The stick is sound but could use some linseed oil and the steel end sanded down as it is rusty. I purchased a few sticks out of the UK years ago and all had various marks and WW1 dates. This is one of the remainders.

A very iconic item of trench warfare. An issued bombers hook used by grenadiers to pull the rings out of Mills Grenades and used during raids and cold weather. I've had a couple of these before but ground found relics. This one retains all blued finish and has a little bit of light surface rust which should wipe right off with a bit of oil. Scarce bit for your trench warfare collection.
