Canadian Provost Corps - Korean War Cigarette Case

A charming black laquered over gold plate cigarette case, typical to Korea. I've seen others of these to units such as the PPCLI but my first to the CPC. This example has the fellows name engraved to the reverse.

For those not familiar with these, there is a trick to opening them as they do not have a release button or clasp. You have to slide the face and reverse slides in opposite directions (one up and one down, simultaneously) to open the case.
