BWM named to Scott - Royal Naval Air Service RNAS

A lone British War Medal to a member of the Royal Naval Air Service.

Names as follows: F. 14197 J.E. SCOTT. A.C.P.O. R.N.A.S.

Included is copies of Scott's medal entitlement which shows that he originally served (1914) in the Northumberland Fusiliers and then the RNVR
(Hood Bn) before being discharged for being underage. He re-enlisted in the RNAS and served out the war with them.

He was entitled to the 1914 Star, BWM and the VM.

The BWM is well toned. The short ribbon is a modern replacement.
