WW2 Escape Knife - RAF? SOE? German?

I'm not sure of the nation that issued this but it is similar to the RAF escape knives of smaller size. Perhaps an SOE item?
Black finished metal side plates with an awl, saw and knife blade. No maker marks on this at all which is typical of any "secret" type items. Measures about 5 inches closed. Would rate VG or better.
