WW2 Canadian ARP belt and pouch with Training Pams/BC Issue

First time I've seen one of these. A near mint pouch and belt marked to the ARP. Both belt and pouch are stamped SS Holden Ltd Ottawa. Inside the pouch are two little booklets. Book one is the Air Raid Wardens' Manual and the other is Traffic Instruction. Both printed and provided by the Advisory Council Provincial Civilian Protection Committee (Vancouver BC).

The pouch measures 8 inches wide by 4.5 inches high. The belt is 2.25 inches wide. Near mint!
