RCOC Officers Fire Gilt and Enamal Cap Badge - Scully with ID

A brilliant enamel and gilt officer cap badge to the Royal Canadian Ordnace Corps. Nicely marked SCULLY LTD MONTREAL. The original owner scratched his service number into the back of the badge: P35225. Of interest, this serial number falls into the 1000 number block assigned to the RCOC. The P prefix stands for Permanant force who joined the CASF at the outset of WW2.
