There is a small amount of paper and glue residue to the back where the badge was removed from a scrap book. A nice personalized helmet (as worn during the war) helmet to a member of the RCNVR. He has painted a fouled anchor to the front with RCNVR, his nickname "OLD HUNGRY" across the top and his name "N.C. HARRISON" across the back.
