GSW Canadian Mess Tins - WW2 style but likely postwar

An unissued pair of Canadian General Steel Wares produced mess tins. They are well marked GSW but do not have C Broad Arrow marks. I'm included to think these are post war produced but certainly identical to the WW2 issue.  read more

These are extremely hard to find it seems. A green enameled one pint army mug. No maker or acceptance marks on this one. Mug has a few chips and rust spots from age and is slightly out of round. Still a serviceable item.  read more

RCMP Detective Black Jack - 1930's

A fine leather covered spring black jack with lead shot filled end. These were issued to RCMP officers or pain clothes use (detective) and also members of the British Columbia Provincial Police. A very handy little weapon. No makers marks on this. Brown leather is supple and in excellent condition.  read more
