Unknown Belgium Badge -Vilvoorde Horticultural School
I'm really not sure of this one except it is marked to the Belgium Vilvoorde Horticultural School. From what I have found online, this school was created 1849 and in 1899, the Governement ran courses to prepare farmer immigrants to go to the Congo!
The V in the center reminds of WW2 Victory items. So, realy not sure of the vintage? read more
