First time I've seen one of these. A near mint pouch and belt marked to the ARP. Both belt and pouch are stamped SS Holden Ltd Ottawa. Inside the pouch are two little booklets. Book one is the Air Raid Wardens' Manual and the other is Traffic Instruction. Both printed and provided by the Advisory Council Provincial Civilian Protection Committee (Vancouver BC).
