5th Battalion Western Cavalry Raw Edge Brodie Helmet
A stunning helmet to the 5th Battalion from Saskatchewan (Tuxford's Dandies). An early war raw edged brodie which has been overpainted a dark textured green with a 5th Bn cap badge likeness stenciled on the front. This one is produced by FS (Thomas Firth and Sons). A service dress tunic with Bronze MG Corps officer collars, Captain rank and ribbon bar displaying a WW1 Military Cross, War and Victory Medals. Has some moth nips, pulls, etc to the exterior and lining.
All buttons are CEF era officer MG Corps types.
